Mahanoy Township Authority recognizes longtime board member, president

MAHANOY CITY – For nearly four decades, Kathy Wufsus sat on the Mahanoy Township Authority Board of Directors.
At least half of that was as the water utility’s president.
Wufsus retired at the end of 2023 after 38 years on the board and was recognized by the authority for her service.
She was presented with a plaque at a small party in her honor.
