SHENANDOAH – Borough residents won’t have to worry about shuffling their cars to avoid a parking ticket, for now.

Street sweeping in the borough is suspended indefinitely, according to Andrew Szczyglak, borough mayor.

Street sweeping was originally set to begin at the beginning of April for the main thoroughfares in the borough.

It is not known yet when street sweeping might resume in town.
