PSP: Weston man broke into Nuremberg home

NUREMBERG – A Weston man is facing burglary and criminal trespass charges after state troopers say he broke into a home in this North Union Township village earlier this month.

Troopers released information on the March 7 burglary Sunday afternoon.

Ryan Neaus, 32, of Weston is accused of breaking into a home in the 700 block of Main Street on March 7 and attacking the resident when they came home from the grocery store.

Neaus was taken into custody and lodged in Schuylkill County Prison, unable to post $25,000 bail. He was released a few days later after posting bail.

He is facing felony burglary and criminal trespass charges, along with summary harassment, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness.

State Police from Frackville and Hazleton responded.
