PSP: Drunk Mt. Carmel man trespassed on Lost Creek property
LOST CREEK – A Northumberland County man was cited for trespassing and public drunkenness after an incident in this West Mahanoy Township village last Wednesday.
State Troopers from the Frackville barracks were called to the unit block of New Road around 6:30pm March 4 for reports of trespassing.
There, troopers found that Michael Pritula, 36, of Mt. Carmel Borough, had entered a Lost Creek man’s property without permission and was under the influence of alcohol.
Citations for trespassing and public drunkenness were filed in Magisterial District Judge Anthony Kilker’s office on Sunday, according to online court documents.
