Council will undertake an emergency demolition of 12-18 A Street at a cost of $27,000.

The cost will be borne by the borough, council said, from their emergency demolition fund.

The four apartments at the corner of A and Market burned on Sept. 1. Two were abandoned and two were occupied.

The matter was tabled for discussion at next month’s meeting.
