ATVs stolen in Tresckow
SUBMITTED - Unknown actors with a quad reported stolen from a Tresckow home.
TRESCKOW, Carbon County – State Police at Hazleton are investigating the theft of a pair of ATVs from a home in this Banks Township village.
The theft happened some time between midnight and 12:45am early Tuesday on East Oak Street in Tresckow, according to the owner of the ATVs.
Troopers said unknown actors swiped two ATVs — a yellow 2005 Honda and a red 2008 Polaris — from the home.
Images from a neighbor’s security camera, submitted to the Sentinel, show a group wheeling the quads away on Hickory Alley toward Poplar Street.
The Polaris was recovered half a mile away, though the Honda remains missing. Troopers said the Polaris had damage.
