At least two transported from Kline crash
KLINE TWP. – At least two people were taken to local hospitals after a crash on Route 309 near Lofty Saturday afternoon.
The crash happened around 4:00pm at Route 309 and Lofty Road near the former Northeastern Power Company plant.
A Ford pickup towing an all-terrain vehicle struck a Honda SUV broadside.
Police at the scene had few details to share regarding the crash, saying a news release would be issued later. As of late Saturday evening, none had been released.
According to scanner reports, at least two people were transported to local hospitals.
Responding to the scene were McAdoo Fire and EMS, State Police at Frackville, Kline Township Police, Lehigh Valley Health Network EMS, among others.
