St. Clair woman arrested on drug charges, warrants after search warrant finds 13lbs of meth

SAINT CLAIR – A 45-year-old Saint Clair woman is in Schuylkill County Prison facing felony drug charges after a search warrant at her home last week.

State Police and the Schuylkill County Drug Task Force executed two search warrants at a home on North 2nd Street in Saint Clair as well as a location in East Norwegian Township on Feb. 24.

In the searches, troopers said they found over 13lbs of methamphetamine, worth of $310,000, 45g of suspected cocaine worth $14,000, 1,350g of marijuana worth $8,000, $16,840 in currency, and four firearms.

Joanne Noble, 45, was arrested and charged with felony possession with intent to deliver, dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities, illegal possession of a firearm, and misdemeanor drug charges, along with several active warrants.

She was arraigned Feb. 28 by Magisterial District Judge David Plachko, Port Carbon, and committed to Schuylkill County Prison unable to post $100,000 bail.

The two search warrants are part of a larger narcotics trafficking investigation underway by the Schuylkill County Drug Task Force and Pennsylvania State Police, troopers said.
