Shenandoah PD takes delivery of new cruiser

SHENANDOAH – Borough Police took delivery of a brand new cruiser this past Friday, after months of delays.
The 2023 Dodge Durango hit the streets of town this weekend.
Borough Manager Tony Sajone said the cruiser was ordered in early 2022 using $55,000 in police forfeiture funds.
The borough was supposed to receive the vehicle in the fall of 2022, but delays held that up until this month.
On Friday, the police force received the cruiser and officers have been using it for patrol this week.
