HEGINS – Shenandoah’s Junior Teener League squad, Mrs. T’s, was eliminated from the playoffs today in Hegins.
The #8-seeded squad put up an early fight against the #1-seeded Hegins team, answering Hegins’ first inning run with one of their own in the second, knotting things up.
Hegins, though, outlasted Shenandoah, adding four more runs to give them a 5-1 victory to move on to the semifinals.
