Frackville, Shenandoah teams face off

FRACKVILLE – Local football seasons are winding down, including for the Tri-County Midget Football League.

In their penultimate game of the season before playoffs, Shenandoah and Frackville faced off at Memorial Field earlier today.

The three different age groups for each team played. The C-team, the youngest, was an unscored scrimmage. The B-team game was won by Shenandoah 36-0.

The A-team game, the oldest division, was won by Frackville 62-0.

In the A-team game, a Shenandoah player suffered an injury and was treated and transported by Frackville Ambulance to Lehigh Valley Hospital – Schuylkill – East Norwegian Street for further evaluation and treatment.
