SHENANDOAH – A water issue prompted an electrical fire report at the Shenandoah High Rise downtown early Saturday.

Firefighters were called to the high rise at South Main and West Oak Streets just before 1:00am for a reported electrical fire inside.

Fire officials said the report came because water overflowed and came down through the floors, creating electrical issues.
