BRANDONVILLE – Firefighters from across the Ringtown Valley and Shenandoah area battled a brush fire at the former Brandonville Industrial Park in East Union Township this afternoon.

Crews were dispatched just before 3:00pm to the area of 146 East Spruce Street in the Brandonville section of East Union Township for the reported brush fire.

Firefighters arrived to find the fire burning throughout a field and woodlands at the former industrial park property. Portions of the park were sold last fall, and shortly thereafter, garages and other buildings were built.
