SHENANDOAH – A pair of late scores broke a scoreless dogfight to give Shenandoah Valley’s junior high squad a victory over Nativity BVM Monday afternoon.

The game was a scoreless defensive battle for the first three quarters, and much of the fourth.

The first score came with about 3:30 remaining in the fourth, when a Shenandoah running back found the endzone. A successful two-point conversion gave the Devils an 8-0 advantage over the Green Wave.

Another run with about ten seconds left in the game, coupled with another two-point conversion set up the final 16-0 score.
