SHENANDOAH – The Shenandoah Valley High School Band’s winter concert is set for later this week.
Under the direction of Mr. John Shoener, the high school band will perform a variety of seasonal musical numbers at 7:00pm this Thursday, December 5 at the high school auditorium, 805 West Centre Street.
The band consists of instrumentalists from 7th through 12th grade at Shenandoah Valley Junior/Senior High School, and the concert will also feature the 6th grade elementary band.
Admission is free and donations to the SV Music Department are accepted.
School officials said in a media release the concert “most certainly will put you in the Christmas mood.”
