Man threw tackle box at woman, facing simple assault charge
BARRY TWP. – An Ashland man is facing a simple assault and harassment charge after state troopers say he chucked a tackle box at a woman after a verbal argument.
State Police at Schuylkill Haven said they were called to a home on Rosies Road in the township around 4:15pm.
Troopers said 30-tear-old Andrew John Fetterolf and a 37-year-old woman were engaged in a verbal argument.
The woman turned around, and Fetterolf threw a tackle box at her, striking her in the back of the head.
The woman left the home and called the police.
Fetterolf was charged with simple assault and harassment.
