Greater Shen. polling places busier, but spread-out throughout day

SHENANDOAH – As photos circulate of long lines at polling places throughout eastern Pennsylvania, such lines aren’t present in the Greater Shenandoah Area.

All six polling places in Shenandoah, as well as precincts in Shenandoah Heights and William Penn, had no lines outside at midday.

Voters and polling personnel alike told the Sentinel that it’s been a busier day than normal, but crowds have been spread-out throughout the day so far, and many voters have been in and out.

At the Schuylkill Historical Fire Society in Shenandoah, there was an early rush between 7am and 8am, but, since then, the largest crowd has been around three and four people.
