SV students receive scholarships in honor of alumni

SHENANDOAH – Two Shenandoah Valley seniors received $500 scholarships from the Shenandoah Sports Locker and Veterans Support Fund recently.
Chase McCole and Jourdin Karvois were selected as the recipients.
The scholarship is in honor of Shenandoah Valley alumni Brian Rooney and Mike Reese.
Brian Rooney, Sr., his wife Cathy, and Bill Moyer presented the checks.
