According to the State Police at Frackville, Fickinger was driving a 2003 Buick Century in the 400 block of Centre Street. Troopers said he was heading westbound and crossed the double-yellow and eastbound travel lane, striking a parked Nissan Z, Chevrolet Cruze, Cadillac XT5, and Chevrolet Impala.
His vehicle and three others were disabled and towed from the scene.
Fickinger, troopers allege, fled on foot and was later identified as the driver.
