SHENANDOAH HEIGHTS – A cemetery at a Shenandoah Heights cemetery is looking a lot better thanks to the work of some local high schoolers.

Members of the Shenandoah Valley High School Art Club, under the direction of Jen Zemek, an art teacher at the school, revitalized a statue of the Blessed Mother.

The statute is typically displayed at the Annunication Cemetery in Shenandoah Heights.

The project wrapped up recently and the statue was re-installed Wednesday morning.
