SHENANDOAH – A Philadelphia man has been identified as the suspect who swiped the employee tip jar from a west end kielbasi shop.

Lucky’s Corner Deli reported Friday that a hooded man had swiped the employee tip jar.

“How dare you steal our employees tips,” the shop said in a Facebook post seeking the thief.

State Police at Frackville investigated the theft and identified the suspect Tuesday as 23-year-old Brandon Giulian of Philadelphia.

Troopers said theft charges will be filed.
