PSP: Shenandoah man, without license, wrecked car and fled scene
HUMBOLDT – A Shenandoah man is facing a host of traffic citations after state troopers say he wrecked his car in the Humboldt Industrial Park and took off Sunday.
State Police at Hazleton said Edward Rush Jr., 18, of Shenandoah was driving a 2000 BMW on Oakridge Road at Maplewood Drive in Hazle Township around 8pm Sunday.
Troopers said he ran the stop sign, hit a curb and drove into the wood line before taking off.
He was later located by police.
Rush is facing multiple citation including failure to immediately notify police, driving a vehicle without inspection, driving without insurance, careless driving, failure to stop at a stop sign, and driving without a license.
