State Police investigating armed robbery at Sheppton Mini-Market
SHEPPTON – State troopers are looking for a man they say brandished a handgun and robbed the Sheppton Mini-Market here Monday night.
The incident happened around 9pm at the convenience store at 974 Center Street.
Troopers said a white man wearing all black clothing and a black mask came into the store, brandished a handgun, and demanded money from the register.
He then ordered the store’s employees into the cooler and made off with $700 before fleeing on foot north towards Hazle Township.
