North Schuylkill prepares to perform ‘Newsies’

FOUNTAIN SPRINGS – The North Schuylkill Theater Program is set to perform Disney’s Newsies this weekend.
The show will take place Friday, March 27 and Saturday, March 27 at 7pm and Sunday, March 28 at 3pm at the North Schuylkill High School, 15 Academy Lane.
Tickets are available at the high school, online, or at the door for $10 each.
Fifty students are taking part in the production from grades 9-12. Jack Kelly is being portrayed by senior Vincent Puglia and Katherine Plumber is being portrayed by senior Lorelai Grose.
Artists in Motion, Schuylkill Haven, is assisting with choreography.
