North Schuylkill, Hazleton seek ‘Paint The Plow’ titles

FOUNTAIN SPRINGS – Two local schools are competing in annual PennDOT contests challenging high schoolers to paint the best plow while promoting winter driving safety.
North Schuylkill and Hazleton Area both have entries in Paint The Plow contests.
Luzerne and Schuylkill counties are in two different PennDOT districts, and the contests are administered at the district level, so our local schools are not competing directly against each other.
North Schuylkill is the lone representative from Schuylkill County and is competing against schools from the Poconos and Berks County.
This year’s Paint The Plow theme was “Use Your Reason When It’s Freezin’”
Voting is open until Dec. 15 at midnight.
