Boy, 13, arrested in connection with Bloomsburg shooting
ORANGEVILLE – A 13-year-old boy is facing charges after a shooting earlier this month in Bloomsburg.
Bloomsburg Police said two search warrants were served related to an April 18 shots fired call in the 300 block of Catherine Street in town.
Warrants were executed on a home in town and in Orangeville. A 13-year-old boy was taken into custody and multiple firearms and suspected narcotics were seized as well.
Officers were assisted by the Columbia/Montour County SWAT Team, the Williamsport Special Response Team, Columbia County Drug Task Force, Pennsylvania State Police, and U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force.
