Shenandoah men accused in Lebanon robbery
LEBANON – Two Shenandoah men are facing burglary charges in Lebanon County, accused in a burglary.
Hensy Peralta, 25, and Josue Baez-Perez, 18, were charged by Lebanon City Police with felony burglary and misdemeanor theft, receiving stolen property, terroristic threats, among others. Peralta also faces felony firearms not to be carried without a license.
According to Lebanon City Police, officers were called to the 300 block of North Cherry Street around 5am June 14 for a burglary in progress.
Two men — Peralta and Baez-Perez — were arrested at the scene.
LebTown reports that the two men broke into the home and threatened to kill the occupants.
“In the home, Peralta is alleged to have cycled the action of a firearm and told the occupants that he would kill them before the pair took a PlayStation 5, a mountain bike, and a pair of shoes, with a total value of approximately $800,” LebTown reports.
The two men were booked at Lebanon County Central Booking and committed to the Lebanon County Correctional Facility on $250,000 bail.
