West Coal fire ruled accidental

SHENANDOAH – Monday’s fire on the 400 block of West Coal Street was ruled accidental, Shenandoah Fire Chief Rick Examitas said Monday afternoon.
A State Police fire marshal was on scene at 417-419 West Coal Street to investigate and ruled the cause as accidental, electrical in nature.
Four people and their pets are displaced.
Firefighters from across northern Schuylkill were called to the scene around 11:30am Monday and the fire was contained within an hour.
No injuries were reported.
