Volunteers decorate Shenandoah area veterans’ graves ahead of Memorial Day

SHENANDOAH HEIGHTS – The annual effort to decorate the graves of our area’s fallen heroes continued this week.
Volunteers from Shenandoah’s Polish American Fire Company were out at the Heights cemeteries Wednesday, making sure Shenandoah area veterans’ grave sites are adorned with American flags in time for Memorial Day.
The fire company has helped with the effort for the past few years, helping the A.P. Damato Post with the project.
