Troopers seek fence litterbug on Shenandoah mountain between town, Brandonville
WEST MAHANOY TOWNSHIP – State Police at Frackville are looking for whoever dumped wooden fencing near the entrance to the wind farm off Route 924.
Troopers said they were called to the Locust Ridge wind farm along the Shenandoah Highway north of the Pattersonville/Brandonville split around 12:47am Thursday for a report of scattered rubbish.
There, someone dumped wooden fencing, painted blue on the finished side.
The fencing was dumped from a white panel van, troopers said.
