Stop sign downed, gate, trunk , front door damaged in Primrose

PRIMROSE – State Police at Frackville are investigating four separate incidents of criminal mischief on the same night in the village of Primrose, Cass Township from over the weekend.
Troopers responded to one incident around 9:00pm on Saturday, Feb. 22, when they say a dark colored Jeep Wrangler ran over the sign at the intersection of Maple Avenue and High Road in the village.
The Jeep, they said, continued eastbound on High Road.
Around 11:30pm, troopers were called to a home on High Road in which a front door was kicked in. The incident caused minor damage to the door frame, estimated to cost $300.
Sunday morning, troopers were called to North Maple Avenue for a report of damage to a metal gate at an access road, owned by the township.
Late that same morning, on Low Road, troopers were notified that the trunk of a Chevy Cobalt, parked in a driveway, was vandalized.
