Spartan wrestler commits to Pitt-Johnstown

FOUNTAIN SPRINGS – A North Schuylkill Spartan wrestler is headed out west.
Ricky Halford signed a letter of intent to continues his academic and wrestling career at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown.
