Harris’ wife told police that they were in Shenandoah earlier. Another man, Clinton recalled her saying, had entered and exited her vehicle and when she began to drive away, the vehicle behind her honked its horn.

The woman then turned onto Main Street and headed south to Frackville, where she attempted to make a right turn. Harris struck her vehicle again, sending it into a spin and, when she tried to back up and flee, Harris backed into her vehicle.
The woman managed to call police at that point, and Frackville Police arrived and arrested Harris.
