One transported after Union Township rollover

UNION TOWNSHIP – One person was taken to a local hospital after a rollover crash in the Ringtown Valley Tuesday afternoon.
The crash happened around 5:30pm on Aristes Road near the Columbia County line.
A Chevy Cobalt was headed west towards Aristes when Union Township Police said the driver swerved to miss a deer.
The sedan left the roadway and rolled several times.
No serious injuries were reported, but the driver was taken to a local hospital for evaluation.
Responding were firefighters from Ringtown Valley and Aristes along with Shenandoah Ambulance.
