No serious injuries in East Centre Street crash

SHENANDOAH – No one was seriously injured when two vehicles collided at Centre and White Streets in the borough Tuesday night.

The crash happened just before 10pm as a Cadillac sedan was headed west on East Centre Street towards downtown.

A Ford Freestyle wagon, headed north on South White Street, entered the intersection and struck the Cadillac.

No serious injuries were reported, though one occupant in the Freestyle was evaluated at the scene by Shenandoah Ambulance, borough police at the scene said.

The Freestyle had to be towed, though the Cadillac was able to be driven from the scene.

East Centre Street was closed from Main to Bower for about half an hour.
