State Police at Frackville said, around 3:00pm Thursday, Seth Maley, 20, of Mahanoy City, was headed north on Burma Road towards Mahanoy City in a 1997 Ford Ranger.
Troopers said the roadway was covered with snow and slush at the time of the crash and, as Maley was making a right-hand turn, he hit a slushy/snowy spot in the road and lost control.
Maley’s pickup then slid onto the right shoulder, striking a snow bank and rolling.
