Mahanoy borough manager resigns
MAHANOY CITY – Mahanoy City’s borough manager is resigning, effective July 24.
Borough council approved the resignation of Cindy Soley, borough manager, at Tuesday night’s meeting.
Soley had been borough manager since June of 2018, following the departure of the previous manager, Dan Lynch.
Current borough secretary Angela Hughes will fill the role on an interim basis upon Soley’s departure.
