HPD conducting prom dress drive

HAZLETON – The Hazleton City Police Department is seeking donations of prom dresses for Hazleton Area students in need.

“These dresses will be used for Hazleton School District ladies looking to attend prom but might not have the means to get a dress,” police said in a release. “Please help us make prom dreams come true.”

They said they are seeking dresses for all shapes and sizes.

Donations can be dropped off at 780 North Church Street Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm through March 25.
