Frackville man killed in Barnesville crash
BARNESVILLE – A Frackville man was killed in a vehicle accident Sunday afternoon in this Ryan Township village.
State Police at Frackville say Russell Brobst III, 44, of Frackville was headed west on Route 54 in the village when he lost control of his 1999 Chrysler Concorde around 1:30pm.
The vehicle crossed the eastbound lane and struck a tree head-on.
Brobst III was killed in the crash and pronounced dead at the scene.
He was the only occupant in the vehicle.
