Frackville law firm welcomes new attorney

FRACKVILLE – A Frackville man and Marian Catholic grad was recently named to the staff of Michael J. O’Connor & Associates.
The firm welcomed James M. O’Connor, Esq. to their legal team last month, according to a media release.
James is a graduate of Marian Catholic High School near Quakake, where he served as a captain of the Marian Colts football team and as vice president of the student body. Prior to Marian, he was a member of the 2006 Shenandoah Valley District XI football championship team, and was named one of the Anthracite League’s Linemen of the Decade.
James went on to Villanova where he was a dean’s list student, earning a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. At Villanova, he was a member of the Villanova Wildcats football team.
James attended law school at the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law, and is admitted to practice law in all Pennsylvania courts. He will be based in Frackville, and handle cases across the commonwealth from the firm’s 17 locations.
James will handle cases involving workers’ compensation, personal injury, auto accidents, social security disability, criminal, and DUI cases.
A lifelong resident of Frackville, James is the son of Michael J. O’Connor, Esquire, and Patricia O’Kane O’Connor, and the grandson of John J. O’Connor, Frackville. He is also a member of the James A. Hogan Council Knights of Columbus in Frackivlle and the Schuylkill Assembly 4th Degree in Pottsville.
