Firefighters handle electrical fire in Pattersonville

PATTERSONVILLE – Firefighters from across northern Schuylkill County responded to a reported electrical fire at a home in this Union Township village.
Crews were called to a home at 174 Strawberry Lane just before 11pm.
Firefighters from Ringtown, Shenandoah, Mahanoy City, and Aristes were among those responding.

A small electrical fire was found in the home, which was contained and power was disconnected at the home.
Crews remained on scene awaiting PPL Electric Utilities.
