MAHANOY CITY – The Mahanoy City Elks Lodge #695 was honored with a visit by the District Deputy Grand Exalted Ruler for the NE District of Pennsylvania and his Grand Esquire from Sayre Lodge #1148 at their monthly meeting on December 18th.
