ATV accident kills Lansford man
CRAIGS – A Lansford man died Saturday night near this Mahanoy Township village.
The crash happened around 11:00pm Saturday on Mahanoy Township Authority lands north of Mahanoy City on Brandonville Road.
Deputy Coroner Andrew Szczyglak said John Harrison, 33, of Lansford was pronounced dead at 12:30am Sunday.
Szczyglak said Harrison flipped his side-by-side, suffering head and neck trauma, which was cited as the cause of death.
A passenger in the side-by-side was uninjured, he said.
