$1 Million lotto winner sold in town

SHENANDOAH – If you bought a Jackpot Party scratch-off at Friendly Food Mart, the former Valero and B.R. Grumpy’s on South Main Street, you might’ve won a million dollars.

The Pennsylvania Lottery announced today that Friendly Food Mart, 415 South Main, sold a $1 Million winning Jackpot Party scratch-off ticket.

The winner has a year from the game’s end-sale date posted to the lottery’s website to claim their prize, the lottery says. They suggest that winners immediately sign the back of their ticket.

No winner was announced by the Lottery.

The game is a $20 game with top prizes of $1 Million.

Friendly Food Mart will receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the ticket, the lottery said.
