Borough woman escapes injury in Turkey Run rollover
TURKEY RUN – A 26-year-old Shenandoah woman was unharmed when her vehicle rolled after avoiding a deer in this section of town this past Saturday.
State Police at Frackville released information on the crash this morning.
Troopers said Heidy Mora, 26, of Shenandoah, was headed north on the Gold Star Highway towards downtown Shenandoah in a 2017 Chevrolet Trax around 1:00am when she saw a deer in the road near Pioneer Road.
She veered right, troopers said, and hit a guiderail end, rolling over several times into a wooded area.
Mora was unharmed, troopers said, and no fire or EMS services were needed.
Steve’s Towing, Shenandoah, removed the vehicle.
