Shenandoah Valley elementary band members participate in PMEA District Band

SHENANDOAH – Five Shenandoah Valley Elementary Band students took part in the 2026 PMEA District 10 Band Fest West earlier this month.
The festival took place Jan. 9 at JT Lambert Intermediate School in the East Stroudsburg School District.
Among those participating were Cailyn Mealia, Kylynn Linkchorst, Gabriella Soto, and Zoey Rutkowsky.
