LITTLE LEAGUE: Pirates stay undefeated in second half with win over Yankees in Ashland

ASHLAND – The Pirates are 4-0 to start the second half of the Ashland Little League season, thanks to a win over the Yankees in a Memorial Day make-up game.
The Pirates took an early lead and never looked back.
They held off a late game Yankees effort to take the victory 7-4.
The Pirates stand at 4-0 while the Yankees are 1-1.
