East end man arrested on child pornography charges

SHENANDOAH – A Shenandoah man is behind bars, accused of possessing hundreds of files of child pornography and an apparent child sex doll.

Antony Cuff, 46, of East Oak Street, was arraigned last Wednesday on 201 counts of felony child pornography and one count of felony criminal use of a communication facility.

According to the criminal complaint filed by Special Agent Kristin Tarud of the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, authorities received a cybertip regarding possible child pornography.

An image had been uploaded to a Bing server of a naked prepubescent girl in a sexual pose.

A subpoena revealed the image came from an IP address assigned to an internet account on East Oak Street in Shenandoah.

Police executed a search warrant Wednesday morning on a home at 211 East Oak Street, where the IP address was assigned, to no avail.

The resident said his girlfriend’s son, identified as Cuff, lived a few doors down and also had access to the internet.

Authorities spoke to Cuff about the investigation and asked if he’d ever seen child pornography. He responded, “I don’t know what their ages are,” the complaint said.

A search warrant was obtained for Cuff’s residence and police found 201 images and videos of apparent child pornography as well as an apparent child sex doll.

Cuff was arrested and arraigned on 202 felony charges.

He was committed to Schuylkill County Prison, unable to post $100,000 bail.

A preliminary hearing is set for May 1.
