PSP: Pottsville man hit woman in head with stuffed bear, cited for harassment
RINGTOWN – A Pottsville man was cited for harassment, accused of throwing a stuffed bear at a Ringtown woman and striking her in the head.
The incident happened around 10:30pm last Monday, State Police at Frackville said this Monday, on Vine Street in the borough.
Troopers said a 39-year-old Ringtown woman reported being struck in the head with an object, “causing her to ‘see stars.'”
Michael Galavage, troopers said, told police he threw a stuffed bear at the woman, who confirmed she was struck with the bear.
Galavage was cited for harassment.
