Work begins on DSI parking lot downtown

SHENANDOAH – Work has begun on the new Downtown Shenandoah, Inc. parking lot where the Emporium stood years ago, between M&T Bank and the Blue Sky Chinese restaurant on South Main Street.
The lot, which will be fronted on Ferguson Street, is part of the Center for Education, Business, and the Arts project.
